For Personal Order
1. IYASOCARE has a variety of wheelchairs with different functions and uses, please tell us what you need, or browse through our webpage to choose the wheelchair you need.
2. If you need to replace a larger battery, larger wheels, wider seat, etc., please let us know in advance. We will ship the wheelchair according to the configuration of the model under normal price.
3. Please let us know your weight and height. If you weigh more and are not sure if our seating width is right for you, please measure your maximum hip and leg width when you sit down. We use these data to determine whether the maximum load and sitting width of our wheelchair are suitable for you, and adjust the wheelchair according to your actual situation, but the adjustment of the wheelchair needs to allow some time.
4. Due to the special characteristics of the electric wheelchair, we generally recommend shipping by sea, which has a reasonable shipping cost, but takes longer time. If your need is urgent, please check with us in time whether the product can be shipped to your country and region by express.
5. If you have a Visa card or PayPal account, the payment is very simple and convenient. If you need other payment methods, please ask us.
6. If you provide WhatsApp or WeChat and other chatting tools id to us, it will be convenient for our communication.
For Business Order
1. Please make sure the product model and quantity, we will quote you the most favorable price according to it.
2. If the quantity of your single product is not much, we suggest that you can consolidate several models of products, so that we can give you the same discount price and more favorable price of ocean transportation.
3. If you need to customize the style and configuration of the wheelchair, please communicate with us in advance to confirm. We will produce and stock according to the description and pictures of PI, please make sure the content of PI is correct before production.
4. Please confirm the delivery date with us in advance, if there is no special force majeure factors, our company will strictly according to the delivery date for stocking.
5. We support EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP and other trade methods. If you have your own forwarder, please inform us your contact information in advance.
6. We support T/T, L/C, Western Union, RMB payment and other payment methods.
