Warranty

IYASOCARE’s wheelchairs have been sold to more than 30 countries and regions around the world, and have stood the test of time in different climates and environments, as well as won the trust of our customers. Of course, every one of our wheelchairs undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory to ensure that every wheelchair arrives at the customer’s hand in the best possible condition.

If you have any problems with the quality of the wheelchairs you use or sell, please contact us in time. And provide corresponding pictures and videos to us.

We provide one year warranty for the whole wheelchair, if any damage is caused by material, workmanship, transportation problems during the warranty period, our company promises to replace the wheelchair with a new one free of charge.

Terms of Limited Warranty

This warranty is limited to the direct purchaser of the IYASOCARE and does not cover subsequent transfers.

This warranty applies only to damage caused by material, workmanship or transportation problems within one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear from use of the wheelchair is not included.

If you would like to initiate an aftermarket sale, please provide us with the appropriate PI number, contract photo or any electronically filed information.

Any damage caused by non-sales modifications, improper maintenance, repairs or accidents is not covered by the warranty.

Damage beyond normal use is not covered, such as water ingress, high ambient temperatures, use with loads exceeding the wheelchair’s specifications, excessive loads on slopes, etc.

Replacement of out-of-warranty parts may be subject to a charge for parts and shipping.

If you have an unused battery, we recommend that you charge it at least once every two months. If the battery is damaged due to prolonged inactivity without charging, it is not covered under warranty.

Every product has its normal use cycle, if you use it for a long time in harsh terrain and climate, heavy duty use, strenuous sports use and other non-standard use conditions. These conditions can significantly shorten the effective life cycle of the product.

We recommend you to check the wheelchair regularly, including cracks, deformation, corrosion, loosening, abnormal noise, error reporting and other conditions. And consult us and deal with them in time. These safety inspections and maintenance can effectively extend the product’s life cycle, and are also important for preventing accidents and protecting your life.
